The Second Audience
Your buyers ask AI about you before they ever visit your site.
You already have a second audience — the machines, retelling you to buyers you'll never meet. This is the reading of what it says, scored against the story you actually mean.
CHF 490.
And it counts in full toward your Audit if the answer turns out to be the story.

Visibility is not fidelity
You spent months getting the website right. But the first telling of your story now happens somewhere you can't see: a ChatGPT answer, a Perplexity summary, an AI Overview above the search results. A buyer asks "who helps companies like mine with this?" — and gets an answer you never wrote, sourced from pages you don't control, describing a company you may not recognise.
Every AI-visibility tool on the market measures whether you show up in those answers. We ask the question they can't: when you show up — is it your story? The right customer, the right problem, the right category, in your frame or a competitor's? That's not a visibility metric. It's a fidelity one. And it's only measurable against a story worth measuring against — which is the part we bring.
What you get
The full Second Audience reading: the questions your buyers actually ask — about you, about your category, about your alternatives — put to the engines they actually use, run repeatedly, reported honestly as ranges with dates (one run of one prompt proves nothing; we say so on the report). Element by element, we score what came back against your canonical story: right customer? right problem? right outcome? right category? Then the two findings no generic tool personalises: which third-party pages the machines actually consult in your category — the 5–10 places worth being — and whether the machines can even reach you (many sites block AI crawlers today without knowing it; that fix takes an afternoon and is worth more than a year of content). One page of fixes, tiered by evidence, no folklore.
And if the machines have you right — we'll say so. You'd be surprised how often we do. That's the point of a measurement you can trust.
One more honest thing
Sometimes the machines get you wrong because they can't reach you, or they're feeding on stale sources. That, we fix. But sometimes they're retelling your story faithfully— and it's the story that's the problem. No transmission fix touches that. Which leaves one question this check can raise but not answer:
If the machines told your story perfectly — would it be the story that wins your next customer?
That's a different kind of question. It's what the Storybuilding Narrative Audit decides.
