Working together

Five ways in. One of them is free.

They run from a reading of the story you already have in public, to building a new one with your team, to keeping it true afterwards. Most people only ever need the first two.

The five ways of working together, as a route

The route

What each one is

  1. 01

    The Current Standpoint Scan

Free. A reading of your story as it stands, taken from what is already public.

  2. 02

    The Second Audience

What do the machines tell your customers about you? We check.

  3. 03

    The Storybuilding Narrative Audit

Your whole public presence read as one story: site, social, blog, video, and what AI says. And the verdict: is it the right story?

  4. 04

    The Narrative Charter

Workshops where your client-facing people build the story themselves — so they actually use it.

  5. 05

    Narrative Governance

Keep it true: on your site, in your team's words, in the machines. Quarterly.

How to read that list

Four things that are true of all five

You start at the bottom, free

Everybody starts with the Scan. It costs nothing, it needs nothing from you but a web address, and it will tell you whether any of the rest of this is worth your time. If it says your story is fine, that is a real answer and you are done.

Every rung is a place you can stop

None of these is a step towards the next one. Each is a finished piece of work with its own deliverable. Plenty of companies read an Audit, fix four things themselves and never come back, which is a good outcome.

You do not have to climb in order

If you already know the story itself is wrong, going through a diagnosis to be told so is a waste of your money. Skip to the Charter. The route is a default, not a queue.

What you pay for a diagnosis comes off the build

The Second Audience credits in full against the Audit, and the Audit credits in full against the Charter. Choosing to look before you build never costs you anything except the time it takes.

Where to start

If you are not sure, start with the Scan

It is free, it takes a minute or two, and it needs nothing from you but your web address. You get a short written reading of your story as a customer meets it today — yours to keep, to forward, and to disagree with.

If you would rather talk it through first, book a 30-minute conversation and I will tell you which of the five is the right place to start. Including, when it is the honest answer, none of them.
