Who can apply?
Any company in Europe or Switzerland going through a pivotal moment — scaling, rebranding, expanding, merging, or redefining its positioning.
You don’t need to have raised funds recently; what matters is that your story needs to evolve to match your next stage.
What does the winner receive?
A full Storybuilding consulting package (CHF 12 000 value) — including a Narrative Diagnostic, a Story Spine Sequence of workshops, and a leadership debrief with actionable deliverables and tools for your team.
It’s the same process we use with paying clients.
What’s a “pivotal moment”?
A point where your story must catch up with your reality — such as:
- entering a new market or segment
 - hiring fast or onboarding new leadership
 - preparing a rebrand or relaunch
 - merging, restructuring, or expanding internationally

How will we collaborate?
With your team, we will use a dedicated Mural room to go through a series of canvases, with colorful post-its.
What’s the time commitment?
Roughly 6–8 weeks of collaboration. You’ll invest about 8–12 hours total in workshops and interviews. We handle the rest.
It’s lightweight for your team, but transformative in outcome.
Will our story be made public?
Only if you agree. The winner is invited (not required) to share a short case story on the Standpoint website and social media to inspire others.
We always review and edit it together before publication.
How is the winner selected?
Applications are reviewed by a jury of experts from the Swiss startup and innovation ecosystem.
They look for clarity of purpose, timing (is this truly a pivotal moment?), and the potential for impact.
Can small teams apply?
Yes. The process works from early startups to 500 people companies — as long as there’s a leadership or marketing decision-maker involved.
