The Storybuilding Masterclass
Goal
The goal of this masterclass is to help you build a clear, coherent positioning story grounded in how your clients actually think, decide, and recognize relevance.
By the end of the program, positioning stops being improvised.
The story is done, and it holds.
Structure
This is a five-week, cohort-based program combining structured individual work with collective review.
Each week follows the same rhythm:
You complete a focused set of exercises
We review the work together
Weak assumptions, drift, and misalignment are corrected
Only then does the story move forward
Live sessions are not lectures.
They are checkpoints in a cumulative process.
Five-week schedule
Week 1 – The Stakeholder
Shift the starting point of your story from your expertise to your client’s lived reality, decision context, and trigger moments.
Week 2 – The Offer and Its Logic
Clarify how your work creates value, why it holds together, and what must be true for it to make sense.
Week 3 – Storybuilding Structure
Organize meaning before writing, around recognition, perception, and projection. From here on, the story narrows.
Week 4 – Narrative Writing
Write a complete Core Narrative that can be spoken, shared, and reused.
Week 5 – Review and Closure
Stabilize the story, and deliberately close narrative work.
Written individual feedback
After the final session, you receive written feedback on your Core Narrative, focusing on clarity, coherence, and structural integrity, not stylistic preference.
Working together between sessions
Participant discussion forum
Participants have access to a private discussion forum during the program and for the following 3 months.
The forum is a working space where you can:
Share selected parts of your exercises
Ask clarification questions
Learn from patterns in others’ work
Participation is encouraged but never forced.
Engaging with others’ work sharpens your own thinking and reduces isolation.
Optional 1-on-1 support for narrative closure
Additional rigor when the work tightens
For participants who want extra support during the most demanding phase, optional 1-on-1 Precision Support is available.
This consists of three private 90-minute sessions, scheduled after Weeks 3, 4, and 5.
The purpose is to:
Protect coherence as structure tightens
Stabilize decisions during writing
Bring the process to a clean close
This is not ongoing coaching.
It does not reopen decisions or introduce new directions.
Places are limited.
The decision to opt in is made once the work has become concrete.
