Businesses have trouble explaining what they do. The book "Building a Story Brand"​, by Donald Miller, was an eye-opener for me. The StoryBrand framework helps companies clarify their message and be understood by their customers. I was inspired to the point of going to Nashville to get certified. So, at least read the book.
